Due to measures introduced by HM Government, we are still open for online orders but cannot accept customers visiting our premises. We are also open with reduced staff and hours. If you can't get through to us on the phone then please feel free to send us an email as the best way to contact our sales team and we'll get back to you ASAP. email@example.com
Priority will be given to NHS hospitals and doctors surgeries as well as schools and other public organisations ordering public information banners and posters.
Restrictions apply for customers who would like to collect from us. For your protection and the protection of our team you will not be permitted to enter our offices or production facilities. If you have selected "collected from us" on your order then please call us when outside our offices and a member of staff will bring your order out maintaining a safe distance.
We would like to reassure our customers that all of our team members are maintaining the highest standards of hygiene within our premises and using hand sanitiser and wipes throughout our offices and production rooms.
Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) Royal Mail have suspended the guarantee on their Special Delivery before 1pm service. It is still Royal Mail's aim to deliver this next day before 1pm but due to network load they have removed the compensation normally given when deliveries are not made within this target. There may also be minor delays on our larger goods courier services.
We are running with a lower staff level to limit contact between our team members, so we would like to apologise if it takes a little longer to get through to us on the phone.
