Print a Banner prides itself on customer service and to help our customers have an excellent buying experience our terms and conditions are laid out in an easy to read format. Please read these carefully as they explain what you can do to give your product the wow factor and avoid any dissapointment on delivery.
Due to the personalised nature of the products we sell we cannot accept returns on items except if there is
printing fault or the item has been damaged in transit. We cannot accept cancellations of an order once the
order has been processed and is in the queue awaiting printing. This is due to the fact that many orders are
grouped together and we cannot disrupt this queue. If you have made an order and noticed a mistake on your
design please telephone immediately and if the banner has been not printed we will attempt to make the
changes for you. Non faulty returns of items such as banner stands and other hardware will be accepted but
will incur a 20% restocking charge, in addition the customer will be responsible for the return carriage
We will accept cancellation of your order prior to it being queued for printing but all refunds will incur a £2.50 charge to cover the administration costs levied by our our card payment processing company.
In the unlikely event there is a problem with you order please contact us immediately by telephone either on our main office number 01489 574 461 and also send an email. We cannot accept claims if we have not had the opportunity to re-print your order and expedite a delivery.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all wording and design on your product is as you want it. We cannot accept any claim for a spelling or design mistakes, in the event we spot something on your order that we feel could be wrong we would call you to check this is how you want it but we DO NOT spell check orders as a matter of course. We cannot accept returns for poor printing quality of your supplied images, there are guidelines to using your own images in the help menu on the design page but if you are unsure wether or not they will print Ok then please contact us and we can advise you on this.
There are some differences between RGB colours that your computer screen uses to display colour and CMYK inks which are used to produce your order, in view of this something that looks good on screen may not print the way it looks. For example, a black background with dark blue writing on it may be readable on screen but will be very hard to read on the finished product. In view of this we reserve the right to change the text or background colour to make the text more readable but keeping the style of the design. Please let us know if you DO NOT wish us to make any changes of this kind.
All of our products are produced to a very high standard and it is very important to purchase the product to fit the purpose. We cannot be held responsible for damage to banners that have been placed outside in high wind conditions. If the banner needs to be used in these conditions please ensure that you order the correct banner for this. For example our heavy duty banners and mesh banners will suit windy areas more than our standard banners. Please be aware that all finished print sizes are approximate. We endeavour to produce a final print which is within 1cm of your selected banner size.
We offer different types of delivery options and it is very important that you chose the correct option based on when you need your order by. If you require next day delivery then please ensure that you order before 1pm Mon-Fri (Excluding UK Bank Holidays). If it is after 1pm and you require your banner for a next day delivery please call our sales team prior to making the order on 01489 574 461 and we'll do our best to help. Please note that we are closed at weekends and UK Bank Holidays.
Only the Next Day AM (Special Delivery) service options are guaranteed for next day. Please see below for detailed information on the delivery services we offer. Due to some size limitations on next day deliveries with Royal Mail it is sometimes necessary to use a courier service. Our prefered company is normally UPS, but we reserve the right to change this without notice.
With all deliveries, we act as your agent and cannot be held responsible for failures on their behalf. We will endeavour to help you reclaim any loss within carrier's terms and conditions. Please be aware that no responsibilty can be accepted for adverse weather conditions delaying your order.
Please note the if you have selected a tracked service you will not be sent your tracking number as a matter of course. Should you require your tracking number, please email us including your order reference which starts RC and we will email you a tracking link straight back.
3-5 working day tracked service (£3.50) This is a tracked service. All orders with this service will be posted within 2 working days. Royal Mail's aim is to then deliver within two days but some areas can take up to 3 days.
1-2 day (Tracked) (£6.50) This is a tracked service. All orders received by 1pm Mon-Fri (Excluding UK Bank Holidays) will be posted out same day on a Royal Mail 1-2 day tracked service. Some areas such as far the north of Scotland and the Hebrides and the may take up to two days. Tracked next day is a very reliable service with a 99% success rate but if your order absolutely has to be there on the next day then please select one of the Special Delivery options below.
Next Working Day AM delivery (£7.50) All orders received by 1pm Mon-Fri (Excluding UK Bank Holidays) will be posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery service which guarantees your order by 1pm on the next working. If Royal Mail fail with this service they are obliged to pay compensation for the failure. There are some exceptions to the next day guarantee for customers in the following post code areas GY1 Herm only (Channel Islands), GY9 Sark (Channel Islands), HS2 Lewis, PA61 Colonsay, PA62-75 Mull, PA78 Coll, ZE2-3 Shetlands, KW16-17 Orkney, PH30 Corrour, PH41 Mallaig, PH42 Eigg & Kuck, PH43-44 Rhum & Canna.
Next Day Saturday AM delivery (£9.50) All orders received by 1pm Friday (Excluding UK Bank Holidays) will be posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday service which guarantees your order to be delivered by 1pm Saturdays. If Royal Mail fails with this service they are obliged to pay compensation for the failure. There are some exceptions to the next day Saturday guarantee for customers in the following post code areas GY1 Herm only (Channel Islands), GY9 Sark (Channel Islands), HS2 Lewis, PA61 Colonsay, PA62-75 Mull, PA78 Coll, ZE2-3 Shetlands, KW16-17 Orkney, PH30 Corrour, PH41 Mallaig, PH42 Eigg & Kuck, PH43-44 Rhum & Canna.
